The event will take place from 15 to 17 April at the Euskalduna Conference Centre, and will be integrated into the cultural and creative fabric of the three Basque capitals, promoting collaboration between local and international agents in the fields of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
The Creativity World Forum is the flagship event of the Districts of Creativity Network (DC Network) and is organised annually by one of its member regions. In 2024, the event will be led by the Department of Culture and Language Policy of the Basque Government, and will feature 4 thematic areas, more than 50 speakers, 4 DC Living Labs, and 28 case studies from around the world, focusing on cultural and creative ecosystems, governance and innovation models.
CWF24 aims to be a hub for collaboration between multidisciplinary agents from fields such as education, technology, the arts or the business environment, for which matchmaking and networking dynamics will be offered, as well as the possibility of working collectively to respond to the demands of the CCIs in the Basque Country, from a global perspective.
Education in CCIs
KSIgune participates in the CWF24 coordinating the thematic area of Education in CCIs that will host 6 inspiring international projects to reflect on the development of highly qualified people, with innovative and creative skills, acting as agents of change in a world in constant evolution.
On 16 April, agents from Higher Education and CCIs will meet in Donostia/San Sebastian to debate on the future of Education in CCIs, and reflect on the challenges of the new educational systems for the promotion of creative, innovative and entrepreneurial skills, and the possible models to respond to the current needs of the CCI sectors.
