About the
Regional Skills Partnerships
Regional Skills Partnerships (RSP) are multi-stakeholder collaborations that work to create upskilling and reskilling opportunities for people of working age at local, regional or European level.
The RSPs are led by organisations which have signed the Pact for Skills, a flagship action of the European Skills Agenda, contributing to connect industrial ecosystems and address regional skills gaps and workforce development.
