From 3 to 21 March, the scriptwriters Laura Ibáñez, Esther Vital and Marion Moreau took part in the Euroregional support programme to continue the development of their audiovisual projects in animation.

The Euroregional Residency for Scriptwriters – organised by KSIgune, CLAVNA and Pôle Image Magelis - has provided professional advice and interactions with agents in the audiovisual value chain in the Basque Country, Navarre and New Aquitaine.

The residents of the programme and their selected projects were:
- Laura Ibáñez (Basque Country) with the project “Piedra al Sol” (short film)
- Esther Vital (Navarre) with the project “Si me muero” (feature film)
- Marion Moreau (New Aquitaine) with the project “Gros Caillou” (TV series)

For 3 weeks, the scriptwriters took part in a programme made up of professionals, organisations and creative spaces in the three regions, receiving advice and feedback on writing, directing and producing animation.

The professionals and entities that have accompanied them have been:

- New Aquitaine: Corto Studio, Amélie Harrault, Camille Serceau, Superprod
- Navarre: Amaia Merino, María Manero, Estudio Ruido, Mikel Salas, Platipus y Wombat
- Basque Country: Musikene, Zineuskadi, Sultana Films, Diego Hergueda, Garbiñe Ortega, Shandra Martínez, Sonia Estévez, Gidoi, Beatriz Iso Soto

This programme is part of the Euroregional Green Audiovisual Hub, and has been co-funded by the Euroregion New-Aquitaine Euskadi Navarra in the framework of the ‘Euroregional Innovation’ call for projects. By leading this initiative, KSIgune seeks to connect the entire audiovisual value chain, and to promote training, research and cooperation in the Euroregional sphere.
